Four services, one team, no back-and-forth between companies
Whatever stage you're at after a non-fault accident — stranded roadside, waiting on a hire car, needing repairs, or working out an injury claim — this is where each service starts.
Accident recovery
If your car isn't driveable, our nationwide panel of recovery operators can reach you day or night. We'll take your location, confirm everyone is safe, and get a recovery vehicle on its way — then transport your car to an approved repairer and, where needed, get you home safely.
- 24/7 dispatch, nationwide coverage
- Recovery from the roadside straight to an approved repairer
- Support arranging onward transport for you and your passengers
When to call
Call as soon as you're safe and the scene is secured. If anyone is injured or the road is blocked, call 999/112 first, then contact us to arrange recovery.
Call 1800 812 400Good to know
You're under no obligation to accept a hire vehicle through our panel — you can also claim mileage or a hire allowance directly from the at-fault insurer if you prefer.
Hire car after an accident
Being without a car affects work, school runs and everyday life. Where you weren't at fault, our panel aims to arrange a like-for-like replacement vehicle so you can keep your routine going while your own car is repaired.
- Like-for-like vehicles where available, matched to your usual car
- Delivery and collection coordinated around you
- Costs typically recovered from the at-fault driver's insurer
Car repair
Our panel of approved repair centres uses manufacturer-approved parts and processes, so your car is restored properly — not patched up. We book the work in, share updates, and liaise with the repairer so you're not stuck on hold.
- Approved bodyshops with manufacturer-standard repair processes
- Online booking and progress updates
- Direct liaison between us and the repairer on your behalf
Written-off vehicles
If your car is assessed as beyond economical repair, we'll explain how the write-off and settlement process works and what your options are for a replacement vehicle.
The Injuries Resolution Board
Most personal injury claims in Ireland must first be submitted to the Injuries Resolution Board (formerly PIAB) before court proceedings can begin. We'll explain how that process works and connect you with independent legal advice if you need it.
Personal injury support
Whiplash and other soft-tissue injuries are common after a collision, even a low-speed one, and symptoms don't always appear straight away. If you've been injured, we'll talk you through your options in plain language and, where appropriate, put you in touch with an independent solicitor or claims specialist.
- A clear explanation of the claims process from first contact
- No pressure to proceed — the choice is always yours
- Referral to independent, regulated legal advice where needed
What's regulated, and what isn't
Vehicle recovery, hire and repair are not regulated financial activities. Any agreement for those services is between you and the provider on our panel, and you should read the terms carefully before accepting. Personal injury claims involve separate, regulated legal advice, which any solicitor we refer you to will set out directly with you. Full detail is in our Terms & Conditions.
