1. Who we are

This website, irishaccidentinjury.co.uk, is operated by Irish Accident Injury ("we", "us", "our"). Irish Accident Injury is a company registered in Ireland (Companies Registration Office number to be inserted) with its registered office to be inserted. By using this website or contacting us, you agree to these terms.

2. Our role and the panel of providers

Irish Accident Injury acts as an introducer. We connect drivers involved in road traffic accidents with a panel of independent, third-party providers of vehicle recovery, vehicle hire and vehicle repair services, and, where relevant, independent solicitors or personal injury claims specialists.

We do not ourselves provide vehicle recovery, vehicle hire, vehicle repair or legal services. Any agreement for those services is a separate contract between you and the relevant provider, and their own terms and conditions will apply. Vehicle recovery, credit hire and vehicle repair are not regulated financial activities in Ireland; please read any agreement offered by a panel provider carefully before accepting it.

3. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the site by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material, attempting unauthorised access to our systems, or using automated means to extract content without our permission.

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that it is complete, error-free, or suitable for every individual circumstance. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial or medical advice.

4. Making an enquiry or callback request

When you submit a form on this website, the information you provide is used to contact you about your enquiry and, where relevant, to pass to a panel provider so they can assist you. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide any third-party details you include (for example, a passenger's contact details).

Submitting a form does not create any obligation on your part to proceed with any service, and does not create a contract between you and Irish Accident Injury for the underlying recovery, hire, repair or legal service.

5. How we're paid

Our introduction service is free to you. Where an introduction to a panel provider results in you using their services, that provider may pay us a referral or commission fee. This does not increase the price you pay or affect the quality of service you receive from that provider.

6. You are under no obligation

You do not need to use a claims management or introducer service to arrange recovery, hire, repair or to pursue a personal injury claim. You are free to deal directly with your own insurer, the other driver's insurer, or a provider of your own choosing at any time, including after speaking with us.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Irish Accident Injury is not liable for the acts, omissions, advice or service quality of any independent panel provider we introduce you to. Our liability to you for our own introduction service is limited to matters directly caused by our negligence or wilful default. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by Irish law.

8. Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Irish Accident Injury or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce or redistribute content without our written permission.

9. Complaints

If you're unhappy with any part of our service, please see our Complaints Procedure for how to raise it and what to expect next. Complaints about a specific panel provider's service (for example, a repair centre or hire company) may also need to be raised with that provider directly, and we can help you do this.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of this website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute relating to them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
